? How Coaching Works

  • Programing of a human being gets hardwired by the age of 7
  • 95% of our life is the result of our subconscious program
  • Only way to change this programing is to bring your subconscious thoughts to your conscious mind & put new programs into your subconscious
  • This happens through repetition and practice as when we’re repeating, we are talking to our subconscious
  • A trained Coach takes the help of various NLP tools designed by experienced psychologists to get the client to the solution

Coaching is…

Coaching is about asking questions in order to help the client find their own answers.

Coaching helps the client get solutions to their challenges through innovative tools

When used effectively and appropriately, it raises awareness—like a laser on your thinking that cuts through a maze of confusion and brings forth unknown ideas and options.

Coaching is not telling someone what to do; it’s not giving advice or providing solutions. It is not the same as mentoring, training or consulting.

Steps Forward

  • Depending upon the challenges your organisation is facing currently or in order to be prepared for future, you may decide to have:

Coaching* engagement for the Promoter Team

Coaching for your Leadership Team (individually)

  Creating Coaches internally

Coaching is usually an engagement of 6 to 10 sessions (as it takes that much effort to help get to the start of getting results) of 45 minutes to 60 minutes each. In order to ensure that your organisation understands and appreciates the power of coaching – the first two sessions can be on pro-bono basis.
