In his most recent engagement with the $3.5 billion & 27,000 employee Welspun group, where he worked for over 10 years, he has particularly been credited with building a culture of Performance Management with specific emphasis on giving constructive Feedback – this was covered by media. He was also instrumental in revamping the Talent Management function by ensuring real Training needs are assessed & training attendance is improved from less than 50% to over 85%. Improvement in Employee Engagement satisfaction score to over 88 % in the Textile vertical, having over 18000 employees. Besides this, he introduced psychometric Tests & BEI in Talent Acquisition. In the Talent Development space, he initiated Succession Planning exercise for the N-1/2 levels in a structured manner.

Mr. Grovar spearheaded the successful cultural integration of two acquisitions, one of them an Aditya Birla Group company, with the parent group.
