❖ Coaching is usually an engagement of 6 to 10 sessions (as it takes that much effort to help get to the start of getting results) of 45 minutes to 60 minutes each. In order to ensure that your organisation understands and appreciates the power of coaching – the first two sessions can be on pro-bono basis.
